Our beachfront boat trips in Port Elizabeth takes you on a leisurely boat cruise past the beautiful beaches of Humewood and Summerstrand. It gives you a unique perspective of Port Elizabeth as we head along to the Cape Recife lighthouse and nature reserve. Our beachfront boat cruises are ideal for parties as we can offer private boat trips which can be personalised to suit your needs.
We meet on the grass area at Nelson Mandela Bay Yacht Club in the Port Elizabeth Harbour at a time of your choice (any time after 1.30pm), our most popular time being 4pm, for a sunset boat cruise, lasting for 1-1.5 hours. Light snacks are served during the cruise. We also encourage you to bring along your own drinks/snacks, especially if it's for a special occasion.
What can you expect to see?
During this boat cruise guests also have the possibility of spotting bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins, humpback dolphins, bryde’s whales, minke whales, Southern right whales, humpback whales, Cape fur seals, various species of sharks, African penguins, African black oystercatchers, Cape gannets and various species of pelagic birds including terns, petrels, skuas, shearwaters and albatrosses.*

With a minimum of 6 people, although there may be discounts for groups of 10+. Please email us directly to make a booking. Gift Vouchers are also available to purchase online, which make a great birthday/christmas present for family members. Please note that this is not our regular boat cruise and only done on request; we need a minimum of 6 to run this cruise.
